Thirty- seven percent (37%) of Greater Cleveland
residents favor the use of military-grade weapons.
A recent Shelvie Poll's survey
shows that thirty-seven percent (37%) of Greater Clevelander's favor the use of
military-grade weapons and equipment by the local police force. This compared
to thirty-four (34%) percent who oppose military-grade weapons use by local
police force. It was also reported that twenty-nine percent (29%) are
undecided. The local telephone survey of 1596 adults was conducted by Shelvie Poll
on December 15th to December 19th 2014.

Method
The survey sampled 1596 Cuyahoga County residents and
produced a ± 3 margin of error. 100% of the surveys were conducted over the
phone.
